"Outdoor Wednesday" 3/18

It's another Outdoor Wednesday hosted by Susan at A Southern Daydreamer.

I took this photo of my blooming daffodil in my front yard yesterday.... I love the yellow. I think spring is trying to come.

I took this picture at work... I know my co-workers were wondering what I was doing, but I think daffodil's are so pretty and represent spring..

I also took this at work of our blooming Bradford Pear Tree...

Here is a close up of the flowers...

This flower is starting to bloom in my yard... But for the life of me I can't remember the name of the bush... If any of you know please tell me...

These are all the buds from the same bush getting ready to bloom..

I also took some outdoor pictures of Emily getting ready to play the championship game last night.

Here she is dribbling the ball "warming up".

Emily doing drills with Alice. Alice is always trying to steal the ball.

I can't believe Alice jumped for the ball... I think if she had thumbs she would have stolen the ball from Emily...

Emily and her team getting ready to play... Emily is number 2 shooting the ball...

I am sad to report that Emily's team lost... Emily and her team played hard and really worked together...

Please visit Susan and her inspiring blog for a full list of all the participants today.

I'm so looking forward to the Spring flowers! And I love the fact that the dog would have taken the ball if she had thumbs. Sorry about the loss on the game...she'll get them next time.

Sorry your daughters team lost!
Sping comes a little later here for us. I can't wait to see flowers blooming. It's been a long winter.

Oh the daffodils are just gorgeous and I love flowering trees. Our purple plum has just been gorgeous. So sorry they lost the game, but they should be so proud to have done so well to reach the finals. Have a great day. Hugs, Marty

Thanks for the hope that spring is around the corner! What a time for renewal! That was better than getting real flowers!

Hi Lori
Thanks for sharing the start of spring in your part of the world. I love daffodils too. They are so bright and cheery.
Sorry to hear Emily's team lost but they sound to have played their hardest. I loved seeing your dog joining in with practise.
Happy Wednesday.

I just love daffodils so much too! So little work and the first sign of spring!

I can't help you with the pretty pink bush. I always keep a diagram of my garden and add everything I plant so there are no surprises!

Happy OW!! :-)

Great pictures!

I saw your comment on Jeannie's Happy World and you mentioned you were a Rick Springfield fan...do you go on the RS message boards? It is always fun for me to find another RS fan in the bloggy world. We seem to be so few here. LOL
