Outdoor Wednesday! 4-8

It's another Outdoor Wednesday hosted by Susan at A Southern Daydreamer.

This week I thought I would show you some of my flowers that are blooming in my yard.

I think I showed this picture before, but I just love the look with all of my plants around our deck. This is what my deck will look like hopefully soon.

I took the following pictures Tuesday night, so I would be ready for Outdoor Wednesday since it has been a while.

This is Emily's tree house Steve and I built. I have planters around the tree house and on the stairs.

This is the back of the tree house with her swing. I do have a few flowers in my planters, but I am having issues with the squirrels eating them. I am not sure if you can see some of the flowers.

This is another view of Emily's tree house. Her and her friends love hanging out in there. We also painted the inside. I will have to show you that soon. It was really cold when I was took these pictures.

Here is a hanging plant in my back yard.

These are Gerber Daisies on my front porch.

This is our Kwanzan Cherry Tree blooming. It blooms pretty pink flowers.

Underneath my Kwanzan Cherry Tree are my tulips.

Most of these flowers I showed you are now in my house waiting to go back outside. I did not want them to die Tuesday night because of the freezing temperature. Today it is suppose to warm up again.

Thank you for stopping by! I really do love hearing from you!

Please visit Susan and her inspiring blog for a full list of all the participants today.

I love your deck and I am completely in love with the tree house! Such a cute idea!!! If only our one tree wasn't close to our house, we might be able to do something similar.... but some day, I hope to have your deck! It would look much better than a concrete slab.

You're funny. I don't want anyone thinking I can cook too much either! Your flowers are gorgeous. It's a pain dragging them back in, isn't it? We had to do the same thing. Ours haven't started coming out much yet. Have a Happy Easter!

It all looks great, what an amazing tree house......You might try sprinkling hot pepper in the flower pots to keep the squirrels away.

This is gorgeous! I'm looking for ideas for my yard. On my post today, I'm asking for help! I love the tree house, well done and that cherry tree.....love it! Do you do you own maintenance or hire a professional? I don't know how to trim trees. I have a flowering crab apple in our front yard that I need to do something with and flowering hydrangeas. Thanks for sharing your beautiful yard! LU

I love the treehouse...it would have been so cool to have one of those when I was growing up. And your deck looks perfect for entertaining. I didn't know that squirrels ate flowers, too. We keep our feeder full of oiled sunflower seeds and they never seem to bother anything else. I'm glad they don't attack my flowers. Thanks for the tour!
