I'm ready for some of this!

Pretty purple sunflowers.  (Not sure if that is the correct name)

I LOVE winter!! I just moved to Virginia from Toronto Canada about a month ago, and January is aways Toronto's coldest month!! It was 14.8 in Toronto last week, and when I went to pick up my kids from school yesterday, it was 60.8! So I'm going through winter withdrawl.

Bonjour Lori,
I'm ready to break out some prety summer dresses instead of bundling up like the Michelin Man. Oh well, seeing your beautiful cherry tree will have to do for now.
Have a fabulous week!

I LOVE autumn...absolute favorite time of year. That said...I always look forward to the changing of the seasons, because it seems like every season has it's own beauty.

I am so ready for some fun in the sun. The gray and cold is so depressing.

I am trying to think about some "sweet" project for Valentine's day so I will come and link up when it's done.

From one Lori to another your purple flower is an Osteospermum or African Daisy. They come in several colors and sometimes survive the winter but don't always bloom again.
Very pretty.

I am sooo with you on wanting warmer weather. The only good think about winter is I get some things done inside the house instead of being in the garden all day long!

Your Kwanzan Cherry Tree is lovely as are your African Daisies. I try to have them every year as they aren't hardy here. I did just buy one last summer though that said it's hardy. We'll see, I sure hope so.
